Happy Saint Patrick's Day! 2010

This is my Saint Patrick's Day Girl who is part of my
Holiday Girls Series that I started 2 years ago.
I made some subtle changes since I last drew her
Last Year.
I tried to make her outfit look a little like the Loilta Dresses seen in Japan.
