For the last few months there has been much speculation as to what this game would be.<br />
Another sequel to the previous Soul Calibur game? A spin-off like Soul Calibur: Legends ?"<br />
No one knew, until just recently (last week):<br />
Thanks to <a href="http://gematsu.com/2013/09/soulcalibur-lost-swords-announced-for-playstation-3">Gematsu</a><br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
<div style="background-color: white; color: #151515; font-family: Arial, Helvetica; font-size: 16px; line-height: 26px; margin-bottom: 15px;">
<em>Soulcalibur: Lost Swords</em> is in development for PlayStation 3, the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu reveals.<span id="more-109214"></span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #151515; font-family: Arial, Helvetica; font-size: 16px; line-height: 26px; margin-bottom: 15px;">
Details are currently slim, other than that it’s a free-to-play title.</div>
</blockquote>
Then just a few days after:<br />
<br />
<iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="360" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/mpfHummn1qk" width="480"></iframe><br />
<br />
With even more details that would emerge afterwards like:<br />
The fact that it would be more of a single player experience with weapons having elemental effects (I.E. Fire,Water,Earth,Wind, and etc.) with each having their own strengths and weakness as well as having the same fighting system of Soul Calibur 5 with some new features (like Elements).<br />
It'll be exclusive to the PS3 this upcoming winter.<br />
<br />
I have my share of thoughts on this news and about the returning character that makes it's appearance in the trailer above.<br />

First off, why must it only be a PS3 exclusive? As an Xbox360 gamer and as a Soul Calibur gamer I am already disappointed that I will not be able to take part in this new tale of Souls and Swords eternally retold.<br />
I have heard from various sources that the reason why, is because Microsoft doesn't have a system that would allow for Free- to-Play games in the LIVE Marketplace unlike the Sony's PS3 Marketplace.<br />
I don't know for sure but still very disappointed.<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://gematsu.com/gallery/albums/soulcalibur-lost-swords/september-19-2013/Soulcalibur-Lost-Swords_2013_09-19-13_009.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="360" src="http://gematsu.com/gallery/albums/soulcalibur-lost-swords/september-19-2013/Soulcalibur-Lost-Swords_2013_09-19-13_009.jpg" width="640" /></a></td></tr>

Another thing that does surprise me as well is the main focus of the game is for a "Single Player Experience".<br />
Being that the Soul Calibur series is a fighting game franchise and with it's last game putting most it's efforts into the Multi-Player (and not much else...) , making this game as a Free-to-Play and single player is quite odd but possibly understandable since I think they are trying to attract new and different kinds of players.<br />
With the new features like it's new elemental system that will let players customize weapons and create new weapons with five elements,earth,water, wind, fire, and electric. Each weapon in Lost Swords will have an element associated with it, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. Players will find those elements (and other loot) through drops when defeating enemies. Also it seems to be much flashier with the way attacks look.<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

Sophita makes her return to the battlefield in the trailer above for Soul Calibur: Lost Swords<br />
as one of the three known playable characters.<br />
It's actually one of the reasons I'm even more disappointed that's it's only a PS3 exclusive.<br />
Makes sense for them to have her in this installment since she is one of the few female characters from the series that is as well known as Taki or Ivy.<br />
Also now it also makes more sense that she is actually going to be a guest character in<br />
Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate which was <a href="http://www.siliconera.com/2013/07/30/soulcaliburs-sophitia-joins-warriors-orochi-3-ultimate/">announced in July</a> with a <a href="http://cs9326.vk.me/v9326300/294c/1OS3ePfg-rw.jpg">magazine scan</a> and appearance in the <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLpTn-mQMrA#t=182">trailer</a> as well.<br />
<br />
I like Sophita and she looks like she'll be fun to play as, with (hopefully most of) her signature moves and new Critical Edge(s?) as seen in the trailer.<br />
<br />

Well as much as I wish this was a Xbox360 title as well, I still am hopeful that this will be a good game that will help build a bigger fanbase and bring in new players to the series.<br />
This experiment to explore new features that Namco-Bandai are trying to implement should be interesting to watch and see how this new chapter will unfold. <br />
<br />
Also I still have Soul Calibur 2 HD Online to look forward to coming out this fall.<br />
So yeah I'm still gonna get my share of a Soul Cal fix. xD<br />
<br />
Anyway thanks for reading and also sharing your thoughts as well in the comment section below.<br />

Hi there! Been too long since I've last posted and new fanart. Anyway! x'D<br />Here is my latest fanart of Nightmare from Soul Calibur 2 in his Player 2 Outfit.<br />Nightmare and Siegfried are two of my favorite characters from the medieval fighting game series for how different and how similar they are, especially since they were the same character (Like in Soul Calibur 2). <br />Siegfried has been a fav of mine for his looks, his character development, and his unique mix-up/mind games play style. He is actually the first character I really liked enough to train and actually play seriously with, when I first played Soul Calibur 4 before I took fighting games seriously (beside Smash Bros Series).<br />Also I have began to like Nightmare even more nowadays with his looks, his character development, and his aggressive play style.<br /><br />As for the picture, I drew it after hearing of the exciting news that Soul Calibur 2 is going to be brought into the current gaming consoles in HD and Online!<br />So Inspired by that news, I drew Nightmare in one of my favorite outfits of his that shows a bit of how both of them were once one in the same.<br />I just recently had some time and desire to color it in and I tried to add in some shaded details. <br /><br />Anyway I hope you all like it!<br />Comments And Constructive Criticism Welcome.<br /><br />Art By: AJV (Me)<br />Character Created By: Namco BandaiA.J.http://www.blogger.com/profile/05067794715349295780noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2068036907006074423.post-23454671903988351572013-06-24T10:54:00.000-07:002013-06-24T10:54:40.957-07:00Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 Minimates Review : MODOK Vs Akuma<br />
Hi there!<br />
Here is my review of some Minimates that I got a while back that I have been meaning to review,<br />
that are from the crossover fighting game: Marvel Vs. Capcom 3<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgFexQegEn6RGi1cULFcmGQMnVXgqJF6LL2A5Ux0m-DsQlMIWKZdoHkMVySYocsYAlNVWuQiBHhxeZibqhXeRnhGF95t5uUL7jMYAGqEYkiJMJyzdWhK4i6W-o23st2-uElMEOfIqxW1Ik/s1600/IMG_5323.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgFexQegEn6RGi1cULFcmGQMnVXgqJF6LL2A5Ux0m-DsQlMIWKZdoHkMVySYocsYAlNVWuQiBHhxeZibqhXeRnhGF95t5uUL7jMYAGqEYkiJMJyzdWhK4i6W-o23st2-uElMEOfIqxW1Ik/s320/IMG_5323.JPG" width="320" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Including: MODOK and Akuma</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
<br />
For those of you who don't know what Minimates are:<br />
Minimates are 2 inch Lego-like action figures that have 14 points of articulation, have interchangeable parts, and have various lines like Marvel, Ghost Busters, Halo, and more to choose from.<br />
<br />
Anyway find out my thoughts on these minimates after the jump!<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
The first in this pack we have is Marvel's <b>MODOK</b><br />
Once an ordinary human, George Tarleton was transformed into the Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing ( M. O. D. O. K.) during an experiment by A.I.M. ( Advanced Idea Mechanics).<br />
With his superhuman calculating ability and his capabilities to preform various attacks against those who might stand against him, he calls himself the Scientist Supreme.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEivstaR8mpBSbNE-V3w3XFpWPO3g_m4GSg-IGKl154pT6znEAIl1WZu6L8s9Q6WO1-IuiPMbaTHfT16UKS13mPKu1g6bKsXCOG9SlWD7jCXSTYMiIJl3Ucdp8Mfwo3CJguQZC_3CFVmI7c/s1600/IMG_5308.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEivstaR8mpBSbNE-V3w3XFpWPO3g_m4GSg-IGKl154pT6znEAIl1WZu6L8s9Q6WO1-IuiPMbaTHfT16UKS13mPKu1g6bKsXCOG9SlWD7jCXSTYMiIJl3Ucdp8Mfwo3CJguQZC_3CFVmI7c/s320/IMG_5308.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
This is a Minimate that fans of the Marvel series of Minimates have been asking for some time and thanks to Marvel Vs. Capcom 3, Here he is in Minimate form!<br />
MODOK is a very unique looking thanks to the sculpted details he has been giving on both the actual minimate itself (which surprisingly is a plain minimate body under that huge head of his) and the accessories.<br />
<br />
With such a big head like that, it's probably no surprise that he's so full of himself. xD<br />
Besides that, MODOK's head had a lot of nice details that are painted and sculpted on.<br />
The colors also stand out like the metallic purple with the orange with his brown hair and skin tone face and are nicely applied.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgv8SmpZIQyRb30o7DGEirBn-djgf-M0Wdo6OnBBZG1Z3MMqg3ZnrLUMnUvCgUh5ByWl2EngrvWFm49TErdtu5BAqrA2QDClyO83JfsSKIsX1Dig3EhpzCEbO39Dwopmb9aM0nuoWbeHkw/s1600/IMG_5307.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgv8SmpZIQyRb30o7DGEirBn-djgf-M0Wdo6OnBBZG1Z3MMqg3ZnrLUMnUvCgUh5ByWl2EngrvWFm49TErdtu5BAqrA2QDClyO83JfsSKIsX1Dig3EhpzCEbO39Dwopmb9aM0nuoWbeHkw/s320/IMG_5307.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
He also come with accessories too like his Hover Chair and the Smoke/Flame base you can place the chair on which I think is really cool! Or hot. Ah! Whatever! It's neat and adds some playability and display-ability. Also since he uses a normal minimate body under that big head of his, he still has a good amount of articulation even if his head hinders it slightly. Also it's a little tricky to get him to stand up on his own (but not impossible!) with out falling over thanks to his big head.<br />
<br />
Overall I think he's a fun and colorful minimate that would make a great and unique addition to any minimate collection.<br />
<br />
<br />
Next up from this two pack is character from Capcom's super popular fighting game series: Street Fighter.<br />
It's <b>Akuma</b>!<br />
An incredibly strong fighter who uses the same fighting style as Ryu and is the one responsible for the death of his brother Goken (the master of Ryu and Ken). Now he seeks to lead Ryu down the path of the Dark Hadou (which is a variation to the teachings of his brother)in order to make him a worthy opponent.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiHKL7zobdwQIDnK7tNIFOUil-bHucJRHqdVy9rFqK72onivOBGb6KuBQUjYhS93XmYSEXNAJg2GNwHv0YMBg8UnJfBSUV-wDczVjlkeHu-V-sJ1Q49n40TRkw9J113Zv6NR-FY2Rg3Des/s1600/IMG_5316.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiHKL7zobdwQIDnK7tNIFOUil-bHucJRHqdVy9rFqK72onivOBGb6KuBQUjYhS93XmYSEXNAJg2GNwHv0YMBg8UnJfBSUV-wDczVjlkeHu-V-sJ1Q49n40TRkw9J113Zv6NR-FY2Rg3Des/s320/IMG_5316.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
While he may look similar to Ryu outfit-wise, Akuma looks quite different and has more detail than <a href="http://ajvsblog.blogspot.com/2012/12/marvel-vs-capcom-3-minimates-review.html">Ryu</a> in my opinion. The slip over chest piece is very detailed with the rope tied in a knot around his waist, has a Japanese symbol (<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kanji">Kanji</a>) meaning "Sky/Heaven" painted on, and has his prayer beads around his neck.<b><br /></b>
<br />
Also his chest piece (like Ryu's) doesn't restrict his movement and has plenty articulation.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9RkkpePHiCi7mQqKyr_-AorFdxmugZpl8LQVRtdVb7l20wr6LaGQ8Ul88t0oXy6FVDluPQa42HYoDEgKiImbY80w51OuC0qQRFwZNoJwR7YpvKwbHZXml6UGhu6exId1QJkVcwHd75uE/s1600/IMG_5314.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9RkkpePHiCi7mQqKyr_-AorFdxmugZpl8LQVRtdVb7l20wr6LaGQ8Ul88t0oXy6FVDluPQa42HYoDEgKiImbY80w51OuC0qQRFwZNoJwR7YpvKwbHZXml6UGhu6exId1QJkVcwHd75uE/s320/IMG_5314.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
<b><br /></b>Akuma's Hair is very spiky and has a ton of detail compared to his older version that was released in the early 2000's in the Street Fighter and Darkstalkers series. The sculpted detailing in his hand are really cool with how it looks like he has rope wrapped around his hands. The painted details are nicely done on both his face and chest (which is slightly hidden thanks to the beads) and the sandals are a neat too. Though looking at it closely now I noticed that it appears that he has two right feet. Not sure if it's only happened to mine or it's like that with all of them but yeah I must say I find it to be odd but not the worst thing in the world<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2l4_ULRB3FjC3xNOi3tjjTyKqg14Qp754X8OgV1oLePn7FjTJgoU2eCyvAGYHpIQ15Iv6JyUjiKPPFw2syYpJeqg8U4bQGvrWO4nPMEdb2S5dJ7jqn5l1FKg5UdRMp4wXmlIsJx4ZEZc/s1600/IMG_5319.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2l4_ULRB3FjC3xNOi3tjjTyKqg14Qp754X8OgV1oLePn7FjTJgoU2eCyvAGYHpIQ15Iv6JyUjiKPPFw2syYpJeqg8U4bQGvrWO4nPMEdb2S5dJ7jqn5l1FKg5UdRMp4wXmlIsJx4ZEZc/s320/IMG_5319.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
As for his accessories: Akuma comes with an Hadouken Blast that slips right over the hand and arm to attach. Also has two clear stands: One for the figure (I really like that they give these since it's great for display and I can't get enough of them) and one for the Hadouken Blast (which can be used in more ways than one). </div>

Overall I really like this minimate and it's very playable and articulate even with all the highly sculpted pieces.<br />
It'll make a great addition to any minimate collection (especially Street Fighter).<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiPyjTJu-G_0tlnFBiU4OjObDQaL3UOKQz1aaY6kxWuNlFCjeNN9qC7xDKZf2agj5vrbVwnwKoSV_Zj2ER2SzUhp7Kz5MUwhK_WWJubAbIwHd5WFcK-2OibHdB_SCUCQ8_Gev_yVYi-YZc/s1600/IMG_5318.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiPyjTJu-G_0tlnFBiU4OjObDQaL3UOKQz1aaY6kxWuNlFCjeNN9qC7xDKZf2agj5vrbVwnwKoSV_Zj2ER2SzUhp7Kz5MUwhK_WWJubAbIwHd5WFcK-2OibHdB_SCUCQ8_Gev_yVYi-YZc/s320/IMG_5318.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="clear: both;">
My thoughts on this Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 Minimates two pack is that it is a great set with fan favorite characters from both Marvel and Capcom series that are nicely detailed and unique looking, come with neat accessories, and are quite articulate.</div>
<div style="clear: both;">
So if you like any of the characters or the game or minmates in general, I would recommend you pick up this pack at your local Toys R Us or online retailer.<br />

<span style="background-color: black; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Hello everyone! Been like forever since I've posted any fanart. </span><br />
<span style="background-color: black;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Well I finally drew my first official fanart of Mituna from the webcomic series: Homestuck and it's the first time I've ever officially posted any Homestuck fanart! </span><img alt=":D" data-embed-id="366" data-embed-type="emoticon" height="15" src="http://e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/biggrin.gif" style="border-style: none; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" title=":D (Big Grin)" width="15" /><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"> </span></span><br />
<span style="background-color: black;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">As for the picture, it was inspired by my lovely girlfriend (who I met at a homestuck group when I had just got into it and she also got me even further into homestuck) who's like my Latula and I am like her Mituna (we plan to cosplay them together in the future) and she asked my if "taken" had two "k"s in it and I thought it sounded kinda like "Tekken" (the fighting game series) and well since both homestuck characters are big gamers we both thought it would be something Mituna or Latula would say. xD</span></span><br />
<span style="background-color: black; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">So yeah I drew this based off of that lil idea of ours and also... I'm Takken! xD</span><br />
<span style="background-color: black;"><br style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Anyway I home you all like my first Homestuck art. ^w^</span></span><br />

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidjEa_Y_QlrV0tXU5Br7D0xtFIvNY9wMtk8Rmwxp0LdYnis1OICxvCHzNLDizfbaCmc6Qhg0JNHFs2_PC3PZyO5G3cPPAf1em6oQk4pxyhzrYrwoVfCF7CpvZdOiIMZbw8kSFhFMl1MHE/s1600/IMG_4570.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidjEa_Y_QlrV0tXU5Br7D0xtFIvNY9wMtk8Rmwxp0LdYnis1OICxvCHzNLDizfbaCmc6Qhg0JNHFs2_PC3PZyO5G3cPPAf1em6oQk4pxyhzrYrwoVfCF7CpvZdOiIMZbw8kSFhFMl1MHE/s320/IMG_4570.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
As for my Overall thoughts on this entire set as a whole, it's a great way to really get into the </div>
<div style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
G.I.-Joe: Retaliation action figure line since it comes with a nice variety of characters that are the main focus of the movie's story and action. The figures themselves are good quaility (some are better than others). The retail price of $40.00 for the original release of this pack seems pretty fair since each of them now retails for $10.00 each in stores seperately (with some of them having different accessories than the ones in this pack).</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The packaging was even pretty awesome too.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhe4nH43Z0xgnNzmBhLw4V32gpRSGtXT03KxRKV-oFg4MbfS4cAF5wlp0iHde0bcUGENB0KQxeUBveMjykOtXMDwi3Q9frSMJJlAtkzzLfmHL7RDEFRttarlx8DCoGMRLcxCqMDNI4Xeo4/s1600/IMG_4580.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhe4nH43Z0xgnNzmBhLw4V32gpRSGtXT03KxRKV-oFg4MbfS4cAF5wlp0iHde0bcUGENB0KQxeUBveMjykOtXMDwi3Q9frSMJJlAtkzzLfmHL7RDEFRttarlx8DCoGMRLcxCqMDNI4Xeo4/s320/IMG_4580.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Honestly I am glad I got this pack when I did because I have the core characters from </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
G.I.-Joe: Retaliation since I won't have to hunt down these figures individually. Also now whatever figures I wish to collect from the rest of the toyline, I can easily pick and choose without a problem and add them to the rest on my recently started G.I.-Joe: Retaliation collection thanks to this preview pack.</div>

<div style="text-align: left;">
Here we have G.I.-Joe's silent but deadly ninja/commando: Snake Eyes.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Ever since his<a href="http://www.yojoe.com/action/82/snakeeyes.shtml"> first appearance</a> in the first series of G.I.-Joe 3 3/4-Inch action figures, Snake Eyes has always sported the all black look. <br />
Funfact: Originally he was going to have a camouflage pattern but due to financial restraints, Hasbro ended up making him in all black plastic with no paint applications at all. Thanks to that we were given one of the most recognized characters if the G.I.-Joe series. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Over the years, he has had 60 different versions released since 1982 and most of them still retain that all black look he's become known for.<br />
<br />
How does this version stand against the others and what makes this version worth picking up or not?<br />
Click below to find out in the rest of the review!<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiPDMfhAqwwDGJjS6_X42nNTGjEWozF4tEWB4TR7YJW9_oEpLS2T24_HNQ4R8niYTyArilwxPVwVv7_cJld3JYwGCXQ7m6cx0gS8JrdR34Pj86FpM0rnCadC1of-B_MLxWY_4ak539HV-c/s1600/Pictures+017.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiPDMfhAqwwDGJjS6_X42nNTGjEWozF4tEWB4TR7YJW9_oEpLS2T24_HNQ4R8niYTyArilwxPVwVv7_cJld3JYwGCXQ7m6cx0gS8JrdR34Pj86FpM0rnCadC1of-B_MLxWY_4ak539HV-c/s320/Pictures+017.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Also he's had the commando-look, the ninja-look, and the commando/ninja-look.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Here he has a nice mix of ninja/commando and it looks pretty awesome.<br />
Even though he doesn't have a lot of paint applications and is mostly of a dark grey plastic, the sculpting is quite detailed and the black paint applications on his shoulder pads,elbow pads,knee pads, and his visor really help make some of the details stand out a little.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
This Snake Eyes kinda reminds me of the version that was released in <a href="http://www.yojoe.com/action/05/snakeeyes23.shtml">2005</a>, which is a good thing since I think the webgear here really helps with this figure's look too.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiNgwTRN2lA0K_vgrwGdvjgNAtiXAl3ymAz9VEY5NEbbcjkBsEbTuqIbYcw8VdueB3ybAzWdSiyJKJQifTHPTmA_N78vdrH6C8ypvhrpiXP4PPzgzUM33MbqnqFNyZ6YadwDyU0Z-lYQag/s1600/Pictures+031.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiNgwTRN2lA0K_vgrwGdvjgNAtiXAl3ymAz9VEY5NEbbcjkBsEbTuqIbYcw8VdueB3ybAzWdSiyJKJQifTHPTmA_N78vdrH6C8ypvhrpiXP4PPzgzUM33MbqnqFNyZ6YadwDyU0Z-lYQag/s320/Pictures+031.jpg" width="320" /></a>His accessories consist of: Black Webgear,sword, and two submachine guns. Like Storm Shadow and Cobra Commander, Snake Eyes has pretty good amount of accessories and doesn't come with the oversize missile launcher like his single carded release. All his weapons fit in his hands quite well, especially his submachine guns which fit in his hands like gloves or pretty much perfectly. The sword is not very detailed, but it works. The webgear (which doesn't come with the single release) really is great and adds to the figure's look.</div>
<div style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjW6yLtLi6na3BomzboA6kQaV6HcugKbHHOfelC9zASCGEBZDCXCGs43OUGeJvVDg1soSEbgzlyxAO_gbSRj-0yfOCYrPTTnvT4XB088LM_vQAZwhbUa0DLlbMf21eXHsYKZVRFEc2aCZE/s1600/IMG_5555.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjW6yLtLi6na3BomzboA6kQaV6HcugKbHHOfelC9zASCGEBZDCXCGs43OUGeJvVDg1soSEbgzlyxAO_gbSRj-0yfOCYrPTTnvT4XB088LM_vQAZwhbUa0DLlbMf21eXHsYKZVRFEc2aCZE/s320/IMG_5555.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Just like his ninja brother Storm Shadow, Snake Eyes has awesome articulation</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
since he is also a ninja and he has all the articulation just like the rest of the figures in this line: Ball jointed neck, waist,shoulders,elbows,thighs...But being a ninja he has all that PLUS ball jointed ankles and wrist and double jointed knees.<br />
He's super articulate just as a good G.I.-Joe action figure should be in my opinion with a bunch of posing and playing possibilities. It's really awesome!! <br />
Also his webgear doesn't hinder his articulation too much which is also a plus.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEieW7ngHy1EAiTjy3gOmXIvTDkPH6jzQF3cT2GnOiMxHfL-_5Dzh84-ttn_zpzeIog-CQKAykGg8cmwbYCgIemgcR4JruD_yeRwsoLgVineLX6GpDwuRXu9Zo9r8V_MZCc6LQ793bjzkXw/s1600/IMG_5552.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEieW7ngHy1EAiTjy3gOmXIvTDkPH6jzQF3cT2GnOiMxHfL-_5Dzh84-ttn_zpzeIog-CQKAykGg8cmwbYCgIemgcR4JruD_yeRwsoLgVineLX6GpDwuRXu9Zo9r8V_MZCc6LQ793bjzkXw/s320/IMG_5552.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Overall I would totally recommend that you pick up Snake Eyes. Even without a lot of painted details he still has plenty of sculpted details and has a ton of articulation. Comes with some cool accessories (depending on the version you pick up) too.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
It's a great figure. Might not perfect, but it's pretty close since I think this is one of the coolest versions we've gotten of Snake Eyes in a while.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Snake Eyes is ready to take on the forces of Cobra without breaking a sweat.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Yo Joe!!!</div>
<br />
Be sure to check back again real soon for my overall thoughts on the entire pack as a whole.<br />
See ya!</div>

G.I.-JOE: Retaliation Movie Preview Amazon.com 4-Pack Review!<br />
<br />
Today we will start off with the third figure of the set:<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Storm Shadow</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhrJ2O2cazNsH57XcJnFRDR9PHCwflTi1bn6-QBxuIh8BtmwAhWCaP59zKUE8fUBkB2kQ9d4D49CnDXNggi9SvAP_HKBauGwtflnGNivkqXb0gHHcqJnLlB8qBn17mPOsO_7MFSB-FhpbM/s1600/IMG_5498.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhrJ2O2cazNsH57XcJnFRDR9PHCwflTi1bn6-QBxuIh8BtmwAhWCaP59zKUE8fUBkB2kQ9d4D49CnDXNggi9SvAP_HKBauGwtflnGNivkqXb0gHHcqJnLlB8qBn17mPOsO_7MFSB-FhpbM/s320/IMG_5498.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div align="left" style="text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Cobra Commander's personal bodyguard and the ninja brother of Snake Eyes.</div>
<a href="http://www.yojoe.com/action/84/stormshadow.shtml">Storm Shadow's look</a> hasn't changed too much over the years and usually he always wears his white duds. <br />
<br />
How much has he changed in this version, and is it for the best or worst?<br />
Click below to find out to see and read for yourself.<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
I think honestly that <a href="http://www.yojoe.com/images/resize/w/MAX/action/09/images/stormshadow32.jpg">Rise of Cobra</a> gave Storm Shadow's usual white traditional ninja outfit an interesting and fresh makeover. Also it seems he wears that outfit in Retaliation, which make me wonder where does he actually wear the outfit seen on this figure in the actual movie?<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVqPU4MCmo8EkE6cdLpa2-3yhYblH38vejdEfeZswPzCTdsYWUXfLaV3X9m981vTC3L57a3eiE3yhbyNEWrwRE-JeGkjqOX9CKN9zMw0bZ_ELH5vbO38YIApkwSWjpxNYRq7Shpt_bswM/s1600/Pictures+022.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVqPU4MCmo8EkE6cdLpa2-3yhYblH38vejdEfeZswPzCTdsYWUXfLaV3X9m981vTC3L57a3eiE3yhbyNEWrwRE-JeGkjqOX9CKN9zMw0bZ_ELH5vbO38YIApkwSWjpxNYRq7Shpt_bswM/s320/Pictures+022.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Well I sure hope so since I really like the look of his outfit here because it's kinda got that modern day/futuristic vibe going on. He still has his trademark white outfit with a bit of light grey and some silver on his armored knee pads,leg guards, and arm guards. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
It's somewhat simple, but I think it's simply better in this case.<br />
The sculpting is actually quite good and is nicely detailed. His head isn't the most detailed but it gets the job done and his eyes are painted on very nicely.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Ya know, it actually kinda reminds me of one of my favorite figures from the G.I.-Joe: Spy Troops line from the 2000's: the <a href="http://www.yojoe.com/action/03/nightcreeper5.shtml">Night Creeper</a>. ( Honestly, I think it would be very cool if Hasbro were to make some repaints inspired by some of the Night Creepers in the future).</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhy77r8kp7OkORrYFDRndrUZogDj7bUn9ZovMLy_iHN1rE-ukLxOQZyFMiv2qF1CSqdv3GQqUoebJUAzh_GOFb3JEnYDOqTKNrq0YNLnV-lqUNLBof_AdNC6U4AEBa-5LpQ-MLuWiidiZo/s1600/Pictures+030.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhy77r8kp7OkORrYFDRndrUZogDj7bUn9ZovMLy_iHN1rE-ukLxOQZyFMiv2qF1CSqdv3GQqUoebJUAzh_GOFb3JEnYDOqTKNrq0YNLnV-lqUNLBof_AdNC6U4AEBa-5LpQ-MLuWiidiZo/s320/Pictures+030.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
You may remember in my Roadblock review I had mentioned how Hasbro had toned down on the articulation and made them less articulate and how the ninja characters and some others still had their awesome articulation. <br />
Well Storm Shadow here is a ninja and he has all the articulation you'd expect of the rest of the figures in this line: Ball jointed neck, waist,shoulders,elbows,thighs...PLUS ball jointed ankles and wrist and double jointed knees.<br />
He's super articulate just as a good G.I.-Joe action figure should be in my opinion with so many posing and possibilities. I really love it!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEibdN9Zi_E323y7AgBiz9nitNrrSpatrbLNfeW4QNVX3Sx2uk6tMhdyhiNh41mrPP0EeQDmxlqv255NDDOs7hD_dvBMNpkvDUYrWlIPnWQCeQWBeXd8OAKmTFXeqnhiZOz9F7U8n2uo5NI/s1600/Pictures+027.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEibdN9Zi_E323y7AgBiz9nitNrrSpatrbLNfeW4QNVX3Sx2uk6tMhdyhiNh41mrPP0EeQDmxlqv255NDDOs7hD_dvBMNpkvDUYrWlIPnWQCeQWBeXd8OAKmTFXeqnhiZOz9F7U8n2uo5NI/s320/Pictures+027.jpg" width="320" /></a>His accessories are kinda on the sparse side but it's not such a bad thing considering they are actually pretty good. Unlike the single pack release, he doesn't come with his zip line over sized backpack jetpack. I don't really mind though. Back to what he actually comes with: Two swords (one long and one short) and a backpack to place them into.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
The handles and blades are nicely detailed.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Only issue I have is that I believe because of how rubbery his hands are, it can be a little tricky for him to hold his swords. But thankfully not impossible.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgYjbNUrAalDK3JUjCnxB8huiXXMBXDzw7UmMNrYY7R4ROsFo5WWoftBC1M2DwyNaIpvx4STOcF5AAUCRNW2uM2HP9CXDu5IXEltqiGJxxEgpNE26lseRlu2vvpukk43pKNRZTg7nlNOnY/s1600/Pictures+025.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgYjbNUrAalDK3JUjCnxB8huiXXMBXDzw7UmMNrYY7R4ROsFo5WWoftBC1M2DwyNaIpvx4STOcF5AAUCRNW2uM2HP9CXDu5IXEltqiGJxxEgpNE26lseRlu2vvpukk43pKNRZTg7nlNOnY/s320/Pictures+025.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Overall I would recommend that you pick up Storm Shadow if you can find him (ninja are pretty elusive). It's a great figure with a ton of articulation that's cool looking and comes with some good accessories (even if it's pretty sparse). Maybe it's not perfect, but it's pretty close.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br />
This Storm Shadow is ready to go toe-to-toe with any of the Joes that dare to stand in his way.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">

G.I.-JOE: Retaliation Movie Preview Amazon.com 4-Pack Review!<br />
<br />
Today we will start off with the second figure of the set:<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Cobra Commander</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhh6KbbVSQmOy-vZQwc9E_KlGtIe4rlDlpb2WpeCQwFJjN6DTywbtOfJ6Li7WICZUCuZuLcXCmP1JU2fem4_nCpIUb1hIlbdx8gHU6edF5HgA6TU639mssgpEtl0zjOrD5QZFEf81fMxfY/s1600/IMG_5500.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhh6KbbVSQmOy-vZQwc9E_KlGtIe4rlDlpb2WpeCQwFJjN6DTywbtOfJ6Li7WICZUCuZuLcXCmP1JU2fem4_nCpIUb1hIlbdx8gHU6edF5HgA6TU639mssgpEtl0zjOrD5QZFEf81fMxfY/s320/IMG_5500.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Here we have the fearsome leader of the terrorist organization: Cobra.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Cobra Commander has always been one of my favorite characters from the G.I.-Joe series for </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
various reasons like his look,his personality, and his position of power.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
His color is usually <a href="http://www.yojoe.com/action/82/cobracommander.shtml">blue (and various shades of it) but he has also worn outfits of various colors and designs</a> over the years. He's also worn black plenty of times in the past and always looks in it.<br />
<br />
<br />So how does Cobra Commander look now that he's back in black?<br />
<br />
Click below to read my thoughts and see plenty of pictures after the jump.<br />
COBRA!<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiEx_DDpcpptUSLx_EFW8xPtlPSLgTPM2Ygv8VNMzx-UaRt_CRVdiwcRaJI0sEWOHwLVO1Fy0OyX4N8Ha7fyvxdKhcAzl73BB23fVzP3WMOr_TW7T8nLf77gT3HSlgXdy7kWNj2x_Xr-sY/s1600/IMG_5492.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiEx_DDpcpptUSLx_EFW8xPtlPSLgTPM2Ygv8VNMzx-UaRt_CRVdiwcRaJI0sEWOHwLVO1Fy0OyX4N8Ha7fyvxdKhcAzl73BB23fVzP3WMOr_TW7T8nLf77gT3HSlgXdy7kWNj2x_Xr-sY/s320/IMG_5492.JPG" width="240" /></a>I won't get into the articulation too much since it's pretty much the same as Roadblock's, so I do want to repeat too much of what I already said. But there are two things that are slightly different here: The harness he wears only slightly hinders his chest articulation and his head doesn't go up and down very much. Other that, all the same there.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Well let's talk about his look. Honestly I love what they did this time around compared to what they did in <br />
<a href="http://www.yojoe.com/images/resize/w/MAX/action/09/cardedimages/cobracommander43.jpg">G.I.-Joe: Rise of Cobra.</a> <br />
I didn't hate that look nearly as much as most </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
G.I.-Joe fans did (and still do) but it really do think that it wasn't a look suited for Cobra Commander. I'm glad that this time they decided to keep certain things about his look that distinguish him from other bad guys, like his silver face plate for example. But they still added their own touch to the design on his outfit to make him look different than the cartoon and comic versions. Like his helmet for example (which we will get into in a bit).<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi6vRj56ufjb-XDJEIZiH2VeMPxml_CIOwq154WUJrXE-QxBKIE69d3Gcwq-S5BFgH6MevEZlAOALyD79wBG9Patit6j6aAZ63nqzehdxA8sNF8llb7H4VOFsNpCZa43NasxQ0kzUnaQaI/s1600/Pictures+023.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi6vRj56ufjb-XDJEIZiH2VeMPxml_CIOwq154WUJrXE-QxBKIE69d3Gcwq-S5BFgH6MevEZlAOALyD79wBG9Patit6j6aAZ63nqzehdxA8sNF8llb7H4VOFsNpCZa43NasxQ0kzUnaQaI/s320/Pictures+023.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
Even though pretty much everything on him is mostly black (two to three shades of black) and the details of the sculpting might not show up very well, I will tell you that he is loaded with detail.<br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
Like the Cobra logo knee pads,the elbow pads,the small armor plate on his right shoulder, and also the he has a shirt (button up maybe?) under an bulletproof vest plus various other details.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Oh my goodness...Oh my.. I will say that I absolutely love what they did to his helmet! <3 p="">It feels like they combined his classic look,added some of <a href="http://www.yojoe.com/action/86/serpentor.shtml">Serpentor</a>, and then add their own designs to make this awesomely menacing helmet. Also the sculpting and detailing here is great.<br />

</3></div>
</div>
Now what about the accessories? Well it seems that Cobra wins when it comes to that in this case compared to a certain Joe we just talked about.<br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
Cobra Commander come equipped with a small silver pistol that can go in the the holster, and two silver sub machine guns. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
He can hold all his weapons very well with no problem. One thing that's different between this version and the <a href="http://www.yojoe.com/action/12/cobracommander49b.shtml">version released in the single pack</a> besides the color since in the single pack he generally comes in blue with black detailing, is that he doesn't come with a <a href="http://www.yojoe.com/images/resize/w/MAX/imagestore/3164/32683.jpg">missile launcher serpent staff</a>.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Overall I think this is a great version of Cobra Commander that's nicely detailed,great sculpt, good articulation, and good accessories. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
So I recommend you pick him up (be it the Blue or Black single pack version) if you like because this is honestly a great figure in my opinion, Maybe I sound a little bias since I really like the character, but I think this is a really cool figure.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Cobra Commander looks like he's ready to bring the fight to G.I.-Joe and then the world!</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">

G.I.-JOE: Retaliation Movie Preview Amazon.com 4-Pack Review!<br />
<br />
Today we will start off with the first figure of the set:<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Roadblock (as played by Dwyane Johnson AKA The Rock).</div>
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVPVw1TDpBjoCDQUcmPsBGDOAP3xmis9-OQzKyzdpgUehIxn-IhVYpGIFBg4D4GY1E0gT1ksBbRDfrwupHr9GKC2nBjla2_mBJqsMan3FqkhT_rCBIKg9fk5jxeq0bC3-bi5vaPFgcQOo/s1600/Pictures+015.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVPVw1TDpBjoCDQUcmPsBGDOAP3xmis9-OQzKyzdpgUehIxn-IhVYpGIFBg4D4GY1E0gT1ksBbRDfrwupHr9GKC2nBjla2_mBJqsMan3FqkhT_rCBIKg9fk5jxeq0bC3-bi5vaPFgcQOo/s320/Pictures+015.jpg" width="320" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">The Rock comes with his ROCKet Launcher.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
Roadblock is the G.I.-Joe's heavy arms specialist who's been known to speak in rhymes (at least in the cartoon) and can cook one a hell of meal.<br />
Though he didn't have much impact on me as a character back as a kid, I think the movie's really breathing new life into this character which is causing me to actually have interest in him.<br />
Also casting The Rock to play as Roadblock was a brilliant idea because besides having star-power, he's an all around awesome guy. Can't wait to see how he portrays one of the Joes!<br />
<br />
Click Below to read and see if this Roadblock rocks or blows.<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
Just one thing I have to say before I start on Roadblock's review here and that is my complaint about how Hasbro decided to give most of these figures (except for the ninja and a few others) less articulation than they normally have had for the last 5 years or so. Basically they removed the ankle articulation,the double knee joints, and the wrist joints (which was something that Hasbro recently started to do a few years ago). So yeah a bit of a pet peeve of mine but even so, I won't let that that stop me from enjoying the good and well done figures in this line.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjLNwS9dcmwnuSh6dnYC4rzfnGe48MppPqV7Hcrrxw2891Jjw4S06LlSEsQgnvnptXqK5gUoteyJAVPhLs5b-C9f6mD0sXdf1c_mP1ofiOmFMwS6k2vZYYbAZWsImBP32BimJHtLjgW0W8/s1600/Pictures+024.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjLNwS9dcmwnuSh6dnYC4rzfnGe48MppPqV7Hcrrxw2891Jjw4S06LlSEsQgnvnptXqK5gUoteyJAVPhLs5b-C9f6mD0sXdf1c_mP1ofiOmFMwS6k2vZYYbAZWsImBP32BimJHtLjgW0W8/s320/Pictures+024.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
Like this one which is a good example.<br />
He's very well sculpted with fine details like the muscles on his arms and chest, also the legs are nicely done too. The head sculpt is actually quite good in my opinion and the painted details are done quite well too, even the eyes are pretty good (thankfully).<br />
The coloring details of the overall figure isn't crazy but it's good and not bad at all.<br />
Like the camouflage pants with the metal knee pads with his black army boots and the black tank top that hugs his abs tightly, showing us the muscle detail.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhvTHJGes3MBpdBkgCJaGbRSjubSJCe6ChFnPKULTSlvOw2VbnBBQt4Zgjq1MpwKDKRlvwZyJNI1s48eaWHVJ3-WM0PJiEt32M-_lXyZq6uRTgqb8jVvpE5Y1NaSvudQjW21PNpTXGwi3w/s1600/Pictures+016.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhvTHJGes3MBpdBkgCJaGbRSjubSJCe6ChFnPKULTSlvOw2VbnBBQt4Zgjq1MpwKDKRlvwZyJNI1s48eaWHVJ3-WM0PJiEt32M-_lXyZq6uRTgqb8jVvpE5Y1NaSvudQjW21PNpTXGwi3w/s320/Pictures+016.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Even without some of the articulation that other figures in the past had, he still is pretty articulate, playable,and pose-able. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
He has a ball jointed neck that allows him him to look up and down,left and right, and all around without a problem.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
He has a ball joint in his chest that allows him to bend forward or backward and from side to side.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
He has joints in his shoulders,elbows,hips, and knees. Also his hands have swivel joints.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br />
Nearly (or generally) all the figures in the Retaliation line have in terms of articulation.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Also compared to other figures, he's pretty tall. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
So yeah this figure rocks!</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
But even though it does, there is still one thing that bothers me about this rockin' figure.<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjsP24IUGq4GRB07fE6onvhDc2LUnefR1lj1Yk-_fp_TYNbIxqkEM_QfpYGFRGNgTc-8OYzcBUoKkmuRWHnLSFh4unlpdTHjaWfwWr2Zg0bQDqdUBnUZEgFEt5DHEBF_bsZ5L7mofc_sEA/s1600/IMG_5494.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjsP24IUGq4GRB07fE6onvhDc2LUnefR1lj1Yk-_fp_TYNbIxqkEM_QfpYGFRGNgTc-8OYzcBUoKkmuRWHnLSFh4unlpdTHjaWfwWr2Zg0bQDqdUBnUZEgFEt5DHEBF_bsZ5L7mofc_sEA/s320/IMG_5494.JPG" width="320" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">This hand of his has been dubbed by G.I.-Joe collectors as the "klondike hand".<br />
(well something like that anyway)</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div style="text-align: left;">
This his right hand. As you can see, it has some kind of trigger device sculpted into it which allows for it to attach to his missile launcher in two different ways. But he can't hold anything else with with it beside that. Which is very limiting.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
Also the the accessories aren't very good either and are also limiting.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgxWQ_ElB9FYi9Ps6cYoDa5ZGoWUxwnVPatsPG1oTZzQFysNUHouYymbxeLxiOy-xlriGXzNO1g-VpqK_XrGjoFmUzgJH9ZF2Islj1XMAKVTEadsITqGKb0zuOcyY52W3LBHsRDOA2KQ2s/s1600/IMG_5491.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgxWQ_ElB9FYi9Ps6cYoDa5ZGoWUxwnVPatsPG1oTZzQFysNUHouYymbxeLxiOy-xlriGXzNO1g-VpqK_XrGjoFmUzgJH9ZF2Islj1XMAKVTEadsITqGKb0zuOcyY52W3LBHsRDOA2KQ2s/s320/IMG_5491.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
It's a big and oversized missile launcher, that's it. No extra weapons like normal sized guns, or even a machine gun. Just a fairly silly missile launcher.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
It comes in three parts (four counting the actual missile): Shoulder mount, Gun mount with pop out saw (see pic),and the actual missile launcher with pop out shields.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br />
I'm not a big fan of this missile launcher like most G.I.-Joe collectors, but I have made a few uses for it. Like a shoulder mounted gun (that's kinda oversized...), a laser saw (like in one of the previous pictures), and for the actually missile launcher part as a drone-like mini satellite with laser covered shielding. Also the missile too has a shielding for being able to fire it all the way from space to the planet's surface.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
So overall I think it's a solid figure with good articulation, nice paint applications, and well sculpted and detailed action figure.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
It has some flaws like it's articulation, but the biggest is the hand and the accessories. Because if he has two normal hands and better accessories, this figure would be even better and closer to perfection. But alas.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
So yeah I still would actually recommend you pick him up (the single pack version since it has been recently "re"released) if you like because even with it's faults, it still rocks!</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I mean having a 4inch version of The Rock fighting alongside your Joes against the forces of Cobra, just sounds awesome in my personal opinion. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
With G.I.-JOE: Retaliation about to hit movie theaters next week,</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I thought it might be a good time to review the </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
G.I.-JOE: Retaliation Movie Preview Amazon.com 4-Pack<br />
Containing: Storm Shadow, Cobra Commander, Roadblock, and Snake Eyes <br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
Even though this pack was originally released sometime in 2012 before the movie was supposed to come out before it was pushed back til this year and all the toys related to it that were put on the shelves last year were quickly taken off and sent back to Hasbro.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
But anyway let's get back to the pack, shall we?<br />
<br />
Today we will start off with the packaging and the unboxing of it.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
In these following days before the release of G.I.-Joe: Retaliation, I'll be posting reviews of each of the figures here and then my overall thoughts on this pack as a whole.</div>

<strong><span style="font-size: large;">The Packaging</span></strong></div>
<br />
Well I suppose we can start off with the packaging.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
I don't believe I have mentioned this before but I do like good looking and possibly reusable packaging and usually rather keep it than throw it away (though I've recently thrown out a lot of the packaging I had saved for a whilesince I just don't have the room for it anymore).<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi6s-C7HEDOK4jaU_LoAOc4rOv-PW9O5Ic0khLmrRKreJaCXcGl66IGD0YkWnVlr62AxHf_1mBS29l-5_tsaK34s_LrNdBwnpdiPE9s5s4r5P4up2m_g-2IKslF-N3ekZaM5XIsp0zY1R0/s1600/Pictures+002.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi6s-C7HEDOK4jaU_LoAOc4rOv-PW9O5Ic0khLmrRKreJaCXcGl66IGD0YkWnVlr62AxHf_1mBS29l-5_tsaK34s_LrNdBwnpdiPE9s5s4r5P4up2m_g-2IKslF-N3ekZaM5XIsp0zY1R0/s320/Pictures+002.jpg" width="320" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">First it comes in this pretty simple yet cool looking box.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">This is the front of the box that came out of the other box.<br />
Here is shows our heroes Road Block and Snake Eyes.<br />
This is how most of the packaging for the toy line looks</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
The packaging is pretty cool with the coloring and things here but sadly this design looks pretty plain and boring when you see it on the all single pack action figures and vehicles. I'm not exactly sure why that is but then again the G.I.-JOE toyline has almost always had really cool and unique packaging designs and always stood out from all the other toys. <br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgeMqj1RuCEtVlY4AkTIhi3AhiMY08tzukl_nJveYnPtVElmR-vTfn1Zqfbq032poL7nDHc0lmsfFFBt41-Yc3FRMlG9stzVRUFvrtIQ5LxYVb40kh705Z7-FZpXaNask_1SwTSTJTr4ns/s1600/Pictures+010.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgeMqj1RuCEtVlY4AkTIhi3AhiMY08tzukl_nJveYnPtVElmR-vTfn1Zqfbq032poL7nDHc0lmsfFFBt41-Yc3FRMlG9stzVRUFvrtIQ5LxYVb40kh705Z7-FZpXaNask_1SwTSTJTr4ns/s320/Pictures+010.jpg" width="320" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Here we have the back view of the box which showcases the characters <br />
in a similar fashion to the old school Joes from packaging from the 80's</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
I personally think this is a really cool homage to the classics and honestly wish they would've done the packaging in a style like this in the actual toy line than the boring and generic designs they actually went with. I mean the art looks pretty awesome and detailed with the whole design being really cool.<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhT1258zQb1CY2D5on7FTKCKDUm0ajH-njsXYxYllVo3d4GVBmfpsntggOjpW5jPCL6hppT6uUnlgybZAOEgOQ0o7-6yQRtGBknoAaSgu2Txy4KnFJbCm53RXrcOu4dtO8ZMIYHvg9fNlE/s1600/Pictures+011.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhT1258zQb1CY2D5on7FTKCKDUm0ajH-njsXYxYllVo3d4GVBmfpsntggOjpW5jPCL6hppT6uUnlgybZAOEgOQ0o7-6yQRtGBknoAaSgu2Txy4KnFJbCm53RXrcOu4dtO8ZMIYHvg9fNlE/s320/Pictures+011.jpg" width="320" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Now here's what the figures look like once you take the lid off the box. <br />
It contains four figures in baggies with their accessories, their display stands, and file cards.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
I'm not going to stay on this subject very long but I do want to touch on it.<br />
File cards are awesome! They're usually very well written. They tell you more about the character so that they seem more "real" , giving them back stories,personalities, and show you what their roles are on their respected teams. It really does add to the play value too.<br />
So why is it that Hasbro after like 20 years or so decides to not bother with them anymore? Probably cost. But still! I'm glad they gave us file cards here since it's another really nice homage to the golden days of G.I.-JOE. Shame that none of the other figures in the rest of the actual toy line will have these.<br />

Hi there! Been awhile since I've uploaded any new animations since last year when youtube took down my latest animation (Star Wars: Fall of Naboo <a href="https://vimeo.com/53961601">https://vimeo.com/53961601</a> ) and started to remove the music from nearly all my previous uploads. <br />
Here is a small clip that I just made that shows the before and after my using of a free program called Wax. 2.0 to add the greenscreen effects. <br />
It also shows one of my sets for my latest project I'm about to start on soon.<br />
Hope you like it. <br />
Also please let me know if you all would like me to put up videos like this from time to time.<br />
Thanks and enjoy! :DA.J.http://www.blogger.com/profile/05067794715349295780noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2068036907006074423.post-63647871538229094242013-02-14T08:33:00.000-08:002013-02-14T08:33:54.478-08:00<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

Hi Everyone!<br />
<br />
Been awhile since I put anything new up. Life's been crazy: Was sick for two weeks (still recovering somewhat), before that was super busy, and yeah just been off the wall.<br />
<br />
I actually started drawing this earlier in January (last month) cus I was planning on going to an Anime Con where the voice actress for Fluttershy was going to attend and I hoped she would sigh my picture. I was just about done with it and was going to color it and then BOOM! I got a full blown flu,fever,cough,cold, and all that crap right before the con... D:<<br />
...<span class="text_exposed_show"> </span><br /><span class="text_exposed_show"> So yeah that was dissapointing to say the least.</span><br />

But now that I've gotten better I decided to finish it.</div>
I really tried some new things here like: having her in a sitting pose with Angel (the bunny),background and having various things like trees and bushes with different animals, and different ways of coloring and shading.<br />

Also this is my first Official My Little Pony:Friendship Is Magic fanart and it's of my fav character: Fluttershy! :3<br />

Your name is GRELL SUTCLIFF.<br />
You're a young man (teenager) who does fairly well with his studies (to the surprise of some) and you have many interest. DEATH fascinates you to no end. As do the beings related to Death like Grimreapers,Angels of Death, and Shinigami. <br />
RED is your favorite color since it is the color of passion. Also it's just an awesome color (like how a red ferrari is an awesome car).<br />
You like music, which is why you're learning to play that cool guitar you have by your dresser and have a poster of ADAM LAMBERT.<br />
On that dresser, you have a nice mirror where you have your HAIR BRUSH and NAIL POLISH so you can properly get you sexy self ready. You have your custom made (little) DEATH SCYTHE you made in wood class. Oh! Also you have a DEATH NOTE that you found laying around on the school's grass. It says if you write their name in it they'll die. You really want to try it out but you haven't had much time and you're not sure who to use it on first.<br />
Like any normal person you have a COMPUTER which you use to chat with people,play music, reseach, and other things. You have and APPLE on your DESK since you just love apples.<br />
With your love of Death and Red, it kinda makes sense that you like movies that have a bit of blood in the since you seem to have a bloody good time watching them.<br />
Well with that all out of the way what will you do?<br />
<br />
___________________________________________________<br />
Well thanks to a friend getting me into HomeStuck and since I joined a homestuck group but didnt have any homestuck cosplays ready...so I did Grell (younger version) (and Ciel)where it's as if he were homestuck. So thanks to that I have become inspired to make Kuroshitsuji/HomeStuck related crossover art and stories.<br />
I hope you all like it. :)A.J.http://www.blogger.com/profile/05067794715349295780noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2068036907006074423.post-18298102484683583872012-12-12T10:20:00.000-08:002012-12-12T10:20:30.071-08:00Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 Minimates Review : X-23 Vs Felicia Hello there!<br />
This here is my review of some Minimates that I got a few months back,<br />
that are from the crossover fighting game: Marvel Vs. Capcom 3<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhIOioqw6rsZS2-noiCEglf2M5sYwWz6j11Kr7igI8FvJoK7qK3D0ShDkt-3n2jLyItZ74i0wl5W_JX8w_zcRySf5Efz6ub3Dqc4VA02QUs8OMi-XEr88-nPRQ6euOtf-bUUlHuwAK0hcU/s1600/IMG_4999.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhIOioqw6rsZS2-noiCEglf2M5sYwWz6j11Kr7igI8FvJoK7qK3D0ShDkt-3n2jLyItZ74i0wl5W_JX8w_zcRySf5Efz6ub3Dqc4VA02QUs8OMi-XEr88-nPRQ6euOtf-bUUlHuwAK0hcU/s320/IMG_4999.JPG" width="320" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Which includes: X-23 and Felicia</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
For those of you who don't know what Minimates are:<br />
Minimates are 2 inch Lego-like action figures that have 14 points of articulation, have interchangeable parts, and have various lines like Marvel, Ghost Busters, Halo, and more to choose from.<br />
<br />
Anyway find out my thoughts on these minimates after the jump!<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
First off we have Marvel's <strong>X-23</strong><br />
Cloned from a damaged Wolverine gene sample and created to be the perfect
killing machine.<br />
X-23 not only has two claws in each hand, but has one in each foot and is a master of multiple forms of martial arts. But I suppose you could say she's a kinda like a <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gender_bender">gender bend</a> of Wolverine in a sense.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgvO3uFQbwhY-Q1nBpEEbMPUQ2Rx3mUwHejjQuruyggE5g06MOVgr87BhlAfdhhc-QeYHcY5dgEAoUTTSdqY8mz_2UWgP0fWfP611tuexYxmisueY-cEBRgRkqvD3AGG4AlQegdmKjbYwo/s1600/IMG_4991.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgvO3uFQbwhY-Q1nBpEEbMPUQ2Rx3mUwHejjQuruyggE5g06MOVgr87BhlAfdhhc-QeYHcY5dgEAoUTTSdqY8mz_2UWgP0fWfP611tuexYxmisueY-cEBRgRkqvD3AGG4AlQegdmKjbYwo/s320/IMG_4991.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
Even though X-23 wasn't one of the reasons I bought (and wanted) this two pack, I still thought from the pictures that she looked like a pretty cool minimate.<br />
She has clawed hands and feet (which I think is a first) which is cool. The detailing is pretty nice and<br />
I find myself really liking her face design. Her hair piece is cool and seems to allow some movement of her head which is good.<br />
<br />
But sadly with all that said..there is one big flaw that bothers me. Basically her head and torso's skin color doesn't match with her arms' and her hands' skin color. The reason why is because while her head and torso are made of skin tone plastic, her arms and hands are made with black plastic with the skin tone painted on. Now I think something like this may have happened before but here it is painfully noticeable. Even in my pictures there is no hiding it.<br />
So that is my biggest issue with her, besides her claws on her hands being all bent outta shape (but that can be possibly fixed unlike her skin problem).<br />
<br />
As for accessories, she comes with a "Dashing" or "Sprinting" stand which is kinda cool with the sculpted smoke details and can be pretty neat for display.<br />
<br />
So she's still a fun minimate to play with and isn't terrible looking but yeah if not for her distracting skin problem, I think I may have actually found myself liking her a lot more.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
From Capcom comes <strong>Felicia</strong>!<br />
Since her first appearance in the monster fighting game series: Darkstalkers,<br />
this kind and cheerful Cat-Girl has become quite a popular character with fans and is one of it's best known characters (beside Morrigan Aensland), making her appearance in the Marvel vs. Capcom series of fighting games.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhNkczXmi2kT9sg7RKf8ZrjEcbSV65Wo2NFcKr5K5uGXTEPFlowK3O9Gwj_TOHlINQUMilw50SSbPkI5rCnXmMV5Vh98dnodp3AEYT16oaDSs4RMbz5qeMb00wecU59giEr6mqYH7pwYSs/s1600/IMG_4993.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhNkczXmi2kT9sg7RKf8ZrjEcbSV65Wo2NFcKr5K5uGXTEPFlowK3O9Gwj_TOHlINQUMilw50SSbPkI5rCnXmMV5Vh98dnodp3AEYT16oaDSs4RMbz5qeMb00wecU59giEr6mqYH7pwYSs/s320/IMG_4993.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
The reason I actually bought this pack was to get my hands on this Felicia minimate.<br />
Ever since that time she was supposed to be released in the <a href="http://www.entertainmentearth.com/images/AUTOIMAGES/DC70021Alg.jpg">Second Series of Street Fighter and Darkstalker Minimates</a> some years back that never was, I've wanted to add her to my collection.<br />
<br />
Now that they made her and released her in the Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 series, I finally have her!<br />
Which means I can tell you what I think.<br />
<br />I love it, it's so cute looking!<br />
Well I suppose I should go into detail about her details and maybe about her tail? X3<br />
Alright!<br />
Even though she might be a basic minimate, this is where the sculpted pieces really make it shine since she has a really nice hair piece with cat ears,paws, and a tail (which is a waist piece) which all have nicely painted details too.<br />
Her torso and face look great! She has little details on her arms and legs too.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhcZY5MEyqq9NOCfXPB2X5W1vx0nIIx_7y7cnSxi1HUftrt0Nz7OMGlr6ANv4lspzLcVswONmnYX_sufuI2VNsmVt7B0RTrs_nTjDWD12qwCqFhv3AvgCS22CWMtVL58PpF_fX45s-pAFQ/s1600/IMG_5000.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhcZY5MEyqq9NOCfXPB2X5W1vx0nIIx_7y7cnSxi1HUftrt0Nz7OMGlr6ANv4lspzLcVswONmnYX_sufuI2VNsmVt7B0RTrs_nTjDWD12qwCqFhv3AvgCS22CWMtVL58PpF_fX45s-pAFQ/s320/IMG_5000.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
You may notice that her legs' skin tone is slightly different from her head,torso,and arms' skin color.<br />
Well like X-23, her legs are made of white plastic unlike the rest of her which is made of skin color plastic. Why is this not an issue here? Because in person it's not as noticeable and looks clean unlike X-23 who also had a sloppy paint job which I forgot to mention in her section. I'm getting sloppy! xD<br />
<br />
Also, as for her accessories: She comes with a clear stand which is always well and is great for display.<br />
<br />

<div style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Overall I think this is not a bad Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 Minimates two pack, even with it's flaws.</div>
<div style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
It's a fun pack with cool & cute characters that are fairly detailed, come with neat accessories, and are still very playable.</div>
<div style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
So if you like any of the characters or the game or minmates in general, I would still recommend you pick up this pack at your local comic shop.<br />
